Discontinuation and Replacement Details

We are writing to inform you of a product discontinuation and introduction of a new replacement product.

The MC1/SHOCK-WE will be replaced by the MC1Z2/SHOCK-WE.

Alongside this, the ENF/KIT5-UK will also change to include the new MC1Z2/SHOCK-WE. The new Kit Contents for the Kit 5 will be:

  • 1 x Enforcer Control Panel with integrated WIFI module on-board
  • 1 x MCNANO-WE
  • 1 x DELTAMOD-WE2
  • 4 x MC1Z2/SHOCK-WE

The new MC1Z2/SHOCK-WE brings with it a host of product advancements, including:

  • Combined Magnetic Contact and Shock Sensor with separate zones for each
  • Pin hole calibration
  • Accelerometer shock sensor with auto-orientation feature for simple setup
  • Central reed location
  • Universal transmitter function with two on-board Zones, including a roller shutter contact with specific roller shutter mode

We are currently working through final stock of the MC1/SHOCK-WE and Enforcer Kit 5, and therefore will continue to be on sale until stock is rundown.

Support Information

The standard warranty remains in effect for all products affected by this discontinuation notice.

If Pyronix does not have the direct replacement in the case of a warranty failure, customers will be provided with a unit of comparable or better performance. Pyronix cannot guarantee the same form or fit for the replacement product.
